By accessing or using TruckPay ("the App"), available at truckpay.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

TruckPay is a Progressive Web App that helps truck drivers track their weekly earnings, deductions, mileage, and expenses. Features include load reports, IFTA reporting, per diem calculation, and AI-powered receipt scanning.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TruckPay. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

TruckPay offers the following subscription tiers:
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" option in Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
New accounts receive 90 days of Pro access at no charge. No payment method is required for this one-time access period. If you choose a paid plan before it ends, billing begins when the free access period expires.

You own the data you enter into TruckPay (load reports, earnings, expenses, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your data.
You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You may export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
TruckPay is a record-keeping and estimation tool only. The earnings calculations, per diem estimates, IFTA reports, and tax-related figures generated by the App are provided for informational purposes and convenience.
TruckPay does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified tax professional or accountant for official tax filing, IFTA submissions, and financial decisions. We are not responsible for any tax liabilities, penalties, or financial losses arising from use of the App's calculations.
The TruckPay name, logo, design, and all App content (excluding user data) are the property of Sanjar Azizov. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
TruckPay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruckPay and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
